Change Agent Network & Agency Readiness

Overview

Change Agents are representatives from agencies across the Commonwealth. They’ll work with Readiness Liaisons to make sure their colleagues are prepared to adopt the new financial application, Mosaic. Together, they make up the Change Agent Network (CAN).

Change Agents will work with Readiness Liaisons: full-time BEST Program staff dedicated to preparing and supporting agencies for the upcoming transition.

The BEST Program is recruiting a team of 12 Readiness Liaisons to support Commonwealth Agencies.

Change Agents will:

Help facilitate and communicate the change to users within their agencies
Encourage fellow agency staff to participate in trainings, user testing, and other activities
Share training schedules, meetings, and FAQs with their teams
Listen and solicit feedback from their peers to share with BEST Program staff

What is Change Management?

Change management is the application of a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change to achieve a desired outcome. This provides a coherent approach for supporting people in the organization and helping them move from the current state to the future state. The BEST Program recognizes the need for change management including communication, readiness, training and support. We have made a conscious effort to incorporate change management from the very beginning of the project.
