Overview

Change Agents are representatives from agencies across the Commonwealth. They have worked with Readiness Liaisons, ensuring their colleagues were prepared to adopt the new financial application, Mosaic.

Together, they make up the Change Agent Network (CAN).

Change Agents worked with Readiness Liaisons who prepared and supported agencies during the transition to the new system with trainings, system testing, and user feedback sessions.

The BEST Program Readiness Liaisons continue to support Commonwealth agencies during Phase 1 and have begun preparing work for Phase 2.

What is Change Management?

Change management is the application of a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change to achieve a desired outcome. This provides a coherent approach for supporting people in the organization and helping them move from the current state to the future state. The BEST Program recognizes the need for change management including communication, readiness, training and support. We have made a conscious effort to incorporate change management from the very beginning of the project.
